Jovial brown rice pasta is crafted by a family of fifth generation artisans in Tuscany. Their time-honored methods, including slow drying and using bronze dies to press the dough, produce pasta with perfect taste and al dente texture every time.
It's all about the farming.
Jovial pasta is made with wholesome organic whole grain brown rice grown on small family farms. We work directly with the farmers and each harvest is certified glyphosate-free by The Detox Project.

Get Cooking!
- Boil 6 cups of water in a medium saucepan.
- Stir in pasta and cook 8-9 minutes until done, stirring occasionally.
- Drain pasta in colander. While pasta is draining add 3 tbsp. of low fat milk to the warm saucepan.
- Add 2 tbsp. of unsalted butter for richer flavor (optional).
- Sprinkle cheese over milk; stir to combine. Add cooked pasta and stir well.
- Enjoy!
