From Baking to Snacking - The Foundation of HU Chocolate:
Hu Gems are hexagons - a robust, efficient shape ubiquitous in nature. Just as hexagons are the foundation of many natural phenomena, baking was the foundation of the Hu Chocolate line. Hu began as our Hu Kitchen restaurant in 2012, and our bakers back then needed a chocolate for our paleo pastries. Our chocolate bar line arose from that baking chocolate. Hu Gems started as chocolate chunks for baking, but we found ourselves snacking on them way more often - so enjoy these Gems for both occasions.
