To make I serving (7 fl oz (200mL), add 2 heaping scoops (1/3 cup (35 g) of powder to 6 fl oz (175 ml) of warm water. Mix until dissolved. Refrigerate and use within 48 Hours.
Use contents within 1 month of opening.
